Value for Money
As each and every client has different needs, when it comes to fee for service there are a number of ways in which we can set our prices, such as:

Time based - as the name suggests. Our price is based on the amount of time spent working for our clients, generally as a per hour value, or pro rata thereof based on productive time. The rate does vary for a once off casual use compared to ongoing 'as needed' but on a permanent basis.

A Project based fee. A flat or fixed fee that is agreed upon for each individual project that is quoted on a 'scope of works' provided by the client. This can be a once-off situation or for ongoing project work that occurs each month or quarter. The advantage for ongoing project work is the fee is fixed for a period of time. No surprises!

Pre-paid packages - are based on a fixed number of hours each month. These packages work well if the client has a set amount of work each month that requires a fixed period of time to complete, starting from 5 hour packages payable in advance.

Out of the ordinary - urgent high priority requests that have to be completed within a very short time frame. This type of work often needs to be performed 'out of hours' to complete, i.e. ordinary business hours, weekends or public holidays. Whilst generally time based the rate per hour will increase from a normal day rate.

Any additional costs incurred, such as, mobile telephone usage, travel, specific printing, scanning or stationery or sundry costs will be charged at cost unless otherwise negotiated.

Company Payment Terms
Internet|EA - PaymentTerms and Conditions
Invoices are payable 7-days after receipt. Late fees may apply for invoices not received within the agreed terms, this is at the discretion of Internet|EA. Any additional costs incurred by Internet|EA to recover monies outstanding for debt collection, will be charged to the Client.

Payments are to be paid by direct Eftpos payment to the bank account listed on the invoice. Credt card payments are not accepted at this time.

For specific project works a Service Order / Quote will be issued once the full requirements of the project have been clarified. The Client will provide written confirmation or an approved Purchase Order to Internet|EA to commence services.

Any variations to the original services requested for each project and as listed on the approved Purchase Order or written confirmation will incur additional charges. The exception to this is if any correction to works already undertaken that are the responsibility of Internet|EA are required.

In some instances where there is an initial outlay of costs to Internet|EA to commence works, an invoice will be issued for immediate payment in advance of undertaking said works.

Pre-paid packages are payable in advance of the work commencing and upon receipt of written confirmation and agreement to the scope of works and the quotation provided.
